Open Letter to Steve Wynn ...

On Halloween '13, the dumbest Quality Control rule ever was approved by the Nevada Supreme Court. Now you have collusion between the dealers and the Box at the Craps tables .... we have seen it.  No quality control is in place for the dealers and management to work together to take Steve Wynn's money:
"The Nevada Supreme Court has ruled that casinos can require that tips received by table games dealers be shared with management employees. The court ... said the law “prohibits an employer from taking and keeping his or her employees’ tips. But the statute does not prohibit a tip policy that splits the tips among the employees.”
... check your tapes from the last Super Bowl Sunday.  A tip had been made to the Craps Dealers (and Management) on the proposition Bonus bet of All, Tall, Small.  Even though the tip should have been cleared after a 7-out, it was left in play and actually paid after it was continued and completed on the next roller (unbelievable) !!

Australia has it right.  In, Australia, dealers make an average of $28. per hour and tipping is discouraged and often illegal since it would encourage collusion.   Maybe if the Casinos in Nevada were not so penny wise and a dollar foolish and adopted the Australian pay rules, they would not have the cheating scams between dealers and players that occur so often like at Wynn and Palms ...
